Here’s the deal – I suffered a lot with paralysing overwhelm. I would go so far down rabbit holes of information that I would end up not knowing where to start. With Wendy’s support and guidance, her incredible depth of knowledge and ability to pull it all together in a way that makes sense, I am finally, after years and years of starting and stopping, making tangible progress to my freaking extraordinarily huge and exciting goals.
